Some of my favorite pictures from the 2018 Eugene Marathon.
I had the pleasure to shoot a Hurling friendly match between Seattle and Portland. I never heard about Hurling in my live, so about a month ago before these pictures I was driving my car and I stop at a neighbor high school when I saw a group of women and men playing something with long sticks. After watching the game for 20 minutes I had the chance to talked to the coach and she invited me to take photos of this friendly match. Very intense sport, some say you can run more than 10km when play a full Hurling match and it’s also a very physical game, much respect for all the women in these pictures!!! Hurling comes from Ireland, the game has been played for 3.000 years.
